Mince pies are being consumed and Christmas music is playing so the countdown to Christmas is well underway and 2018 will be here before we know it. We hope you have had a successful year and we’ve made technology a little bit simpler for your organisation! Unfortunately, our IT elves do need some time off during the festive period, so please be aware of our Christmas arrangements as below
Office and Support arrangements
Our office and the support helpdesk will close at 6pm on Friday, 22nd December 2017, in the period between Christmas and New Year, we will be operating a skeleton staff across most teams, returning to ‘business as usual’ on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018.
Column Systems support customers can access technical assistance as follows:
- 24/7 contract holders can access support across the whole festive period, with the exception of Christmas day and New Year’s Day*.
- Critical Hours support clients can access support, using their dedicated support contact number from 06.00 on Wednesday, 27th December 2017 through to 23.59 on Friday, 29th December 2017. On the 23rd, 24th, 26th, 30th and 31st December 2017, Critical Hours support will be available from 09.00 to 18.00. Note! There will be no cover on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day*.
- Standard Hours support contract customers can access the helpdesk from 09.00 on Wednesday, 27th December 2017 through to 17.30 on Friday, 29th December 2017 only.
