This version provides new features and enhancements, including :

Main form :-

• NEW ‘Evidence Type Codes‘ menu option.

NEW form(s) :-

• NEW ‘Evidence Type Codes‘ Maintenance form (Security) – Allow Create, Amend & Delete record options.

Patron Maintenance form :-

• ‘Evidence‘ TAB.

  • NEW attribute(s) – ‘Evidence Type‘ , ‘Evidence Type Date‘ and ‘Evidence Type Renewed‘. These are disabled unless user has permission, uses ‘Users in Evidence Status Codes Maintenance form (Security)‘.

  • If attribute ‘Evidence Reason – (POF (Proof of Funds)‘ is ticked , then ‘Evidence Type‘ and ‘Evidence Type Date‘ must be updated and valid.

  • If attribute ‘Evidence Type Renewed‘ is ticked then ‘Evidence Reason – (POF (Proof of Funds)‘ , ‘Evidence Type‘ and ‘Evidence Type Date‘ must be updated and valid.

• Play / Recycled TAB – NEW ‘Recycled Action(s)‘ attribute(s) – ‘Recycled Interaction Completed on recycled form‘ and ‘Checked by GM‘. These are disabled unless user has permission, uses ‘Users in Recycled Status Codes Maintenance form (Security)‘.

• Interaction TAB – Added NEW ‘Interaction Reason‘ attribute(s) – ‘Welfare Check‘ , ‘Debit Transaction‘ , ‘SENSE Interaction‘ and ‘Affordability‘. Note! Disabled ‘Interaction Reason‘ attribute(s) – ‘Social Responsibility‘ and ‘Other‘.

• Suspension TAB.

  • Display ‘Account Facility‘ details – ‘Account Suspended‘, or not, and even if NO Suspense record(s) exist.

  • NEW attribute(s) ‘Revised Suspension Type‘ and ‘Revised Suspension Type Date‘.

• Debit TAB – Display ‘Account Facility‘ details – ‘Account Limit‘ , ‘Account Daily Limit‘ and ‘Account Suspended‘, or not, and even if NO Debit record(s) exist.
